Paraiso District - Paraiso Bay & One Paraiso

Comprised of 4 towers, each over 50 stories, the Paraiso District is a major development in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. The 4 towers, Paraiso Bay, One Paraiso, Gran Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews, contain over 1300 new condominium units as well as a wide variety of amenities for resident use, including the 100’ diameter pool shared by Paraiso Bay and Gran Paraiso.

Working mainly on Paraiso Bay and One Paraiso, I was brought on to these projects during the construction administration stage. I coordinated with consultants and the contractors to solve on-site construction issues, while completing drawing revisions for issue to both contractors and city reviewers. I also collaborated internally to respond to RFIs and review submittals in a timely manner.  Experience in the construction administration process gave me a greater
