Hi I’m Caitlin.

My reason for first choosing architecture as a career was admittedly cliché: “I’m good at math and art!” But as I’ve followed that path over the last 13 years, I’ve found that, while my original reason is still true, there are so many other things about working in architecture that I love. I’m a problem solver, a lifelong learner, a creator. I’ve discovered an aptitude for project management, and my eye for detail makes me a whiz at deciphering building codes and catching pesky typos.

There’s been a lot of variety in that time too. My first student job had me working on renovations to a senior’s community center in Kingston, ON, my Master’s thesis was on rural regional design in my home province of Nova Scotia, and my current project is a 51 story mixed-use high-rise in downtown Miami. With that diverse a background, I like to think I can turn my hand to most anything, using lessons learned from projects both big and small.

Take a look around and check out my work. Feel free to get in touch below if you’d like to know more.
