Natiivo - Hotel

While the majority of the Natiivo units are privately owned condominiums, the first four levels (11 to 15) will be operated as a hotel. Unit sizes vary from studio to 2 bedrooms, with both full kitchens and smaller kitchenettes. Condo owners on the higher levels are also able to rent out their units through homesharing apps and have their units serviced through the hotel operation. Hotel service spaces are located on the level 1 mezzanine and level 2.

The hotel operator was brought on later in the design process when we were already preparing the construction documents. Working directly with the operations team in my role as project manager, I led the development of the new hotel floor plans and adjustment of existing areas to meet their specific requirements. This included updating the service areas, as well as the addition of a new hotel ballroom on Level 8.
